An annual membership fee will charged to participating families ($75) + (one off $25 key security). This will be valid from now until December 2012 Please download the form, you must sign and return with your payment to Sean.
Parents wishing to hire the facilities over the weekend must register with the P&C Court Hire Coordinator, Sean Cogman via email sean.cogman@suncorp.com.au or mobile 0467 725 508 and collect a key from either him at Suncorp Banking Centre, 36 Wickham Terrace, Brisbane or from his Cannon Hill home.
It's important to note the following rules you will be signing up to it, so that all goes smoothly:
- It is proposed that families who wish to use the tennis courts hire them for a 1.5 hour periods with games finishing 10 minutes prior to the end of their hire to ensure smooth transition.
- Keys will be returned to the P&C Court Hire Coordinator.
- You will contact P&C Court Hire Coordinator to be report damage or concerns.
- Any damage to be covered by the P&C Court Hire Program if it has been deemed normal wear and tear or unintentional.
- At completion of session hirer responsible for handing over court to next hirer or packing up equipment and securing the premises.
- No alcohol permitted without prior approval of Principal.
- P&C or Hirer may not under any circumstances copy or get keys cut.
- P&C has signed a lease agreement with the school for insurance purposes.
