Bookings may be permanent or casual however, to hold your place at the centre on a given day, permanent bookings are advised.

If additional places become available on certain days, casual bookings will be accepted for children who require care on a non-regular basis. A higher fee is charged for casual bookings.

Can I stop, drop and go when my child attends OSHC?

No.  A parent/guardian (or other authorised adult) must sign children in for before school and vacation care and sign a child out for after school and vacation care.

Children need to be collected on time. There is a late collection penalty of $15.00 for every 15 minutes (or part thereof) after 6.00pm. Please let staff know if you are going to be held up, and other arrangements need to be made.

Do you have an annual membership fee?

Yes, an annual membership fee of $20 per family applies.

How can I pay my fees?

We have two methods of payment
  1. direct debit from a bank, building society or credit union account OR
  2. direct debit from Visa or MasterCard

An Ezidebit direct debit request form must be completed and submitted with your enrolment form. For more details about the payment process please refer to the Document called “How the Billing Process Works” attached to your enrolment form. Please note if you choose to pay by credit card, an additional charge of 1.87% will be added to your bill by Ezidebit. No additional fees apply if paying from your bank account. Is the School Registered in the Active After-school Sports Program?

Yes.  This is a fantastic program funded by the Australian Sports Commission which allows us to employ external coaches and our own experienced staff to run a variety of sporting activities several afternoons a week.

We currently include sports such as karate, cricket, dance, multi-ball skills, Aussie Rules, volleyball.  The sports change each term and we encourage as many kids as possible to join in and increase their physical fitness.

This program is at no extra cost to parents.

Parents will be advised if any accident/injury has occurred. Minor incidents will be notified to the parent on collection. Major incidents will be notified as soon as possible. Detail description of the incident and any action taken by staff, will be filed in the Accident/Incident folder.

In the event of a serious injury, a local doctor/ambulance will be contacted immediately, then the parent/emergency contact notified.

What if my child can’t attend OSHC?

If your child is not able to attend as arranged, please advise as soon as possible preferably at least 48 hours in advance. Fees will be charged for non-attendance unless 48 hours or more notice is given to enable staffing requirements to be reassessed. Likewise if you require changed days, or casual days, please let staff know. Messages for the Co-ordinators may be left on 3395 9622 (24 hour message bank) or via email or in writing in the Parent Message Book located at the Sign In Counter at the Service.
