About the P&C
The Parents and Citizen’s Association ("the P&C") is an active group of parents and community members committed to supporting Bulimba State School. Working closely with the Principal and school staff, the P&C strives to enhance the learning and social environment for all students at the school.
The P&C's key aims are to:
-
encourage close cooperation between the parents, members of the community, teaching staff and students.
-
provide advice and recommendations to the Principal on issues and concerns around the operation of the school.
-
encourage parent participation and involvement in the school.
-
be the forum for parents to discuss issues pertaining to the school and its community and for gathering opinions.
-
promote and support communication and cooperation within the school community.
-
provide extra resources for the benefit of students through fundraising activities.
P&C support through fundraising activities and lending a hand is vital to the delivery of programs and resources that enhance and enrich the educational experience of our children. Why not get involved!
